Turning Point: Adam and His Fall
Recall an event that has marked a turning point (good or bad) in your relationship with the Lord. Share a few things about that event.
Read Genesis 2:4-3:24.
What specific things seem attractive to you about Adam’s relationship with God before the fall? What seems particularly devastating to you about their relationship after the fall? What hope does God graciously hold out?
Describe the tactics you see Satan using in his temptation of Eve. How do you see those same tactics being employed around your life today?
How do you view the thought of God ruling over you?
What impedes you from more fully accepting His rule?
“I am His and all His biddings are joys!” What next step might you take to move into the direction of that sentiment?
