When
it is your table's turn to bring food, please remember the following:
It's very important to drop the food off no later than 8:50 AM; If you can't make it to the church by 8:50 AM on Mondays, check with your Discussion Group Leader to see when on the Sunday before you can drop off the food, or make arrangements to give it to a tablemate who can be here by 8:50.
When you drop off your food, you can pull up to the back doors to The Gathering Place. If there is not a greeter there to give your food to, you can place it on the cart that will be sitting outside. Someone will come to retrieve your food ASAP.
Please label your dishes so that the Hospitality Committee can make sure that your items are returned to you.
Ladies from your table will also be asked to sign up to help set up on Sunday and greet, help in the kitchen and clean up on Monday. The Hospitality Team very much appreciates when ladies from the tables can help with any of these tasks.
