SESSIONS AND FEES

GUIDELINES 

•  A child must be a steady walker and one year old before a reservation can be made. The oldest they can be is just completing kindergarten.
• Reservations are necessary. We are a MOM's TIMEOUT not a day care, therefore your child can only attend 5 sessions a week and only 2 sessions a day.
• Cancellations are necessary or you may lose your reservation. To cancel, call Sarah at Covenant 463.7303, if she is not available leave a message on her voice mail at extension 380. She checks it on a regular basis during the day and in the evening. OUR POLICY: If you do not cancel, we will be charging you for the session. Thanks for your assistance.
• Please be PROMPT. If you are more than ten minutes late, there will be a late fee of $2.00 for every 15 minutes per child. This will help keep our session costs from rising as often. Please call if you will be late.
• Please DO NOT bring toys that belong to your child.
• Sipper cups are needed for those who can not use a cup on their own. Please put one in your child's bag with his or her name marked on it.
• Lunch Foods should be easy for your child to eat-finger foods.
• Please label food containers, cups, bags and your child's coat.
• Diaper Bag and Change of Clothes - Please bring diaper and a change of clothes, especially for those children that are potty training.
• Variety of Activites - coloring, watching a short video, reading stories to the kids, playing with a variety of toys or eating a snack. This is a mom's timeout, not a preschool.
• Prescription and Non-prescription medicine can not be given to your child by our child care workers.
• Sickness - You know your child, please do not bring them if you think he or she may be getting sick or are showing signs of symptoms.
